All rose pieces are made to order however your happiness and product satisfaction is paramount to us. Therefore refunds and exchanges will be accepted if items are returned within 7 days of delivery unworn, with swing tags on and in original condition. The item will need to be returned in the rose pouch it arrived in. Please contact us prior to returning an item at hello@rosejewellery.com.au
Please note that rose jewellery is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using registered post or any other trackable method of freight.
